Assistant General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven ability to lead, coach, train, and develop front-of-house teams
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, staffing, and scheduling
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Assistant General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Background in an upscale, high-volume, or service-focused restaurant environment
- Experience with beverage operations, inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Understanding of restaurant financials, profitability, budgeting, and expense management
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing teams and maintaining high service standards
