General Manager Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a comparable restaurant environment
- Experience managing a $5–7M+ annual sales volume
- Hands-on, adaptable leadership style
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Ability to manage labor, costs, and overall financial performance
- Passion for hospitality and creating a positive guest and employee experience
