An established and growing Accounting Technology firm is looking for a DIRECTOR, TAX PRACTICE TRANSFORMATION to join the team and make an immediate impact by collaborating with client firms to drive practice transformation through new and emerging technology, from strategy through execution and implementation.
The ideal DIRECTOR, TAX PRACTICE TRANSFORMATION will bring 10+ years of tax practice experience as a CPA, leadership in practice transformation, and a passion for the impact that technology can bring to the public accounting industry.
THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION, WITH 4 DAYS IN OFFICE & 35% TRAVEL
DIRECTOR, TAX PRACTICE TRANSFORMATION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with client firms on end to end transformation projects to include strategy, technology SME support, technology adoption development, implementation and continuing excellence.
- Act as Tax Transformation Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client firms.
- Facilitate key firm engagements to include webinars, round tables, trainings, and related meetings.
- Lead internal collaboration with executive team, professional services team, and related business units.
DIRECTOR, TAX PRACTICE TRANSFORMATION REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years at mid to large tax practice, practice transformation leadership
- Passion for technology based change management
- Strong Independent Work & Project Management Skills
- Bachelor's Degree, CPA required
