Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
A growing, well-established insurance brokerage in the Southeast is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a large, high-volume real estate book of business. This is a client service and account management role focused on renewals, account execution, producer support, and team leadership. No production is required.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned commercial P&C professional who can independently manage complex accounts, lead renewals, work closely with producers, and provide guidance to developing service team members.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial real estate clients
- Manage day-to-day servicing, client requests, billing issues, claims coordination, and service calendar obligations
- Lead pre-renewal and renewal strategy discussions
- Review coverage needs and prepare proposals, stewardship reports, and renewal presentations
- Negotiate coverage, terms, conditions, and premiums with carriers and brokers
- Support benchmarking, budgeting, loss analysis, property schedules, and Experience Mod reviews as needed
- Manage complex real estate accounts, including multifamily, habitational, property management, mixed-use, retail, office, and industrial risks
- Provide guidance and delegation support to Client Service Associates
- Help maintain structure, urgency, and quality across a fast-paced book of business
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Strong renewal and commercial P&C account management experience
- Experience with both Property and Casualty coverage
- Real estate or complex property experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to independently manage a complex book of business
- Strong client service, organization, communication, and negotiation skills
- Applied Epic experience preferred

- $110,000 – $120,000 base salary
