Sous Chef Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in various kitchen positions.
- Minimum 1 year in upper kitchen leadership positions, such as Sous chef or manager.
- Strong communicator and trainer.
- Knowledge of proper laws and standards for all BOH procedures
- Be able to execute proper standards for all BOH positions
- Has trained and developed a team before.
- posses a general understanding of weekly sales and P&L statements and objectives.
- Have knowledge on how to do inventories, schedules and managing events.
