Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop high-performing front-of-house teams
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, guest service, labor management, and financial performance
- Passion for hospitality with a track record of maintaining high standards for service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction
- Valid Texas alcohol service certification, or willingness and ability to obtain the required certification
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in high-volume upscale, polished-casual, or premium full-service restaurant concepts
- Entrepreneurial leadership style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience managing labor, scheduling, sales performance, operational costs, and restaurant KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees and guests
- Career-driven hospitality professional interested in growing into increasingly senior leadership roles
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional standards for hospitality, service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience
- Coach, mentor, train, and motivate team members while identifying and developing high-potential employees for advancement
- Manage floor operations during high-volume services, proactively resolving guest concerns and supporting the team
- Support restaurant financial performance through effective labor management, scheduling, cost controls, sales initiatives, and operational execution
- Partner with restaurant leadership to build a positive, accountable culture while achieving company goals and maintaining brand standards
