Highway Engineer

Project Engineer Requirements & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience
- Currently registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Valid driver's license
Project Engineer Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design and manage PennDOT and PTC transportation projects
- Prepare and review construction plans, signing and pavement marking, traffic control, and E&S plans
- Conduct or review design and quantity calculations
- Support coordination and communication with utility providers
- Prepare project scopes and pricing for transportation projects across public agencies, private clients, and construction firms
- Foster and maintain positive client relationships throughout all project phases
