A growing short-term rental management group is expanding in the coastal Oregon market and is seeking an engaging Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships with homeowners, drive business growth in sought-after beach communities, and make a direct impact on a supportive local team’s success.
Sales Representative Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary of $75K–$85K plus average commissions of $2K per month

Sales Representative Requirements & Qualifications
- Demonstrated success selling to homeowners or individuals with diverse backgrounds
- Track record of delivering or exceeding sales targets/quotas
- Experience using a consultative, relationship-based sales approach
- Real estate license (current or past) highly valued but not required
- Willingness to pass background and driving record checks (post-offer)
Sales Representative Preferred Background & Skills
- Recognition or awards for sales performance
- Experience selling professional services, home management, or property solutions
Sales Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Drive business development by connecting with local homeowners and presenting management services in small beach towns
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage a mix of office work and frequent in-person meetings in the community
- Consistently work toward and achieve company sales goals and targets
- Provide tailored consultative service, understanding the unique needs of homeowners from a variety of backgrounds
