The ideal candidate will come from an elevated café, bakery-café, upscale fast-casual, corporate dining, club, hotel, or similarly polished hospitality environment. Strong presence, professionalism, and relationship management are especially important in this role.
What You’ll Do

- Maintain a polished guest experience and high standards for quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the corporate client, property management, tenants, and building leadership
- Own café-level P&L performance, labor, forecasting, purchasing, inventory, and controllable costs
- Hire, train, coach, and develop hourly team members and shift leaders
- Oversee catering orders, meeting drops, and tenant events
- Ensure consistent execution of company, food safety, and operational standards
- Partner closely with senior operations leadership on business needs, staffing, and execution
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive hospitality experience, including 2–3+ years at the GM or comparable leadership level
- Background in a polished, upscale, or highly service-driven hospitality environment
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills
- Proven P&L, labor, inventory, and cost-control experience
- Strong team leadership, coaching, and accountability
- New restaurant, café, or store opening experience is a plus
- Café or coffee experience is preferred but not required
- Professional, approachable leader who is comfortable representing the brand with corporate stakeholders
The Environment
This is a polished, guest-focused café operating within a corporate campus setting. The GM serves as the face of the operation, balancing hands-on leadership with a high level of professionalism and client interaction. The schedule is primarily weekday and daytime, with occasional evening or weekend needs tied to events or catering.
