Our client is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and professional Administrative & Human Resources Coordinator to join a fast-growing and forward thinking organization.
This position will provide essential support for daily office operations and key human resources functions, including employee records, new-hire paperwork, attendance tracking, benefits administration, internal communication, and general administrative needs.
The ideal candidate is approachable and professional, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. This role requires someone who takes ownership of responsibilities, follows through on open items, and can work effectively with employees and management at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the daily administrative needs of the office and management team.
· Coordinate new-hire paperwork, system access, and first-day setup.
· Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, employee records, and HR trackers.
· Track attendance, time-off requests, schedule changes, and related documentation.
· Assist employees with general questions about company policies, benefits, payroll, attendance, and workplace procedures.
· Direct employee concerns to the appropriate manager or outside HR resource and document follow-up when needed.
· Support benefits enrollment, employee status changes, and required paperwork.
· Prepare employee communications, forms, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents.
· Coordinate meetings, company events, office activities, and employee recognition efforts.
· Order office supplies and help maintain an organized, professional workplace.
· Work with managers to track performance reviews and employee action items.
· Help maintain company policies, job descriptions, and internal procedures.
· Assist with payroll-related information and employee updates, ensuring records are submitted accurately and on time.
· Handle sensitive employee and company information with discretion.
· Identify missing paperwork, overdue tasks, or employee-related issues and follow up before they become larger problems.
· Assist with special projects and other administrative or HR responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in human resources, office administration, or a similar role.
· Exceptional organization, time-management, and follow-through skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Professional, approachable, and comfortable working with employees at all levels.
· Strong judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
· Ability to remain calm, flexible, and dependable in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and other standard office applications.
· Experience with employee records, benefits, payroll support, attendance tracking, or new-hire paperwork is preferred.
· Experience in the car warranty, home warranty, insurance, call center, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
