AMUSEMENT FACILITY MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have full-service gaming experience of at least $5M per year
- Gaming repair and maintenance experience necessary
- You must have at least 2 years of salaried Amsement Management experience
- You must love working in a positive and fun environment
- You must have a genuine hospitality mentality and embrace people-first leadership
AMUSEMNT FACILITY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will maintain the company's standards of excellence
- You will lead the team through effective motivation and true empathy/care
- You will provide continued education and support for the hourly team
- You will be involved with the community and networking events
