Vice President of Operations Benefits & Compensation

Vice President of Operations Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years of operations leadership experience
- Experience leading multiple departments
- Proven track record of successfully scaling organizations
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and implement new processes
Vice President of Operations Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in the service industry, especially multi-location operations
- Background in call center or field service management
- Familiarity with fire protection, HVAC, facilities management, or construction
- Experience with Salesforce, ERP, or field service software
Vice President of Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead all operational departments, fostering alignment and accountability
- Develop and coach high-performing department leaders
- Standardize and optimize processes through documented SOPs
- Set, track, and ensure achievement of critical KPIs
- Champion operational excellence to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Oversee operational budgets and drive improved gross margins
- Lead cross-functional projects to prepare for continued national expansion
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and automation opportunities
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
