- 2-3 years in DON role
- LTC background
- On-call flexibility
- Experience with a 120-bed count
- Trach and Vent experience (preferred)
- Oversight of 115 or more team members
- Demonstrated leadership style with empathy
Director of Nursing Responsibilities
- Clinical leadership and oversight of all nursing services
- Create and maintain a culture of collaboration and support
- Ensure residents receive individualized, safe, effective, and compassionate care.
- Develop staffing plans that support resident acuity, census, and regulatory requirements.
