- 5+ years of successful restaurant management/leadership operations experience
- Proven track record of leading people
- Self-motivated and self-directed
Restaurant Operating Preferred Background and Skills:
- Fast Casual or Full Service experience
- Drive-thru experience
- Scratch kitchen experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
