A growing, multi-unit restaurant organization is seeking a hands-on District Manager to lead operations across multiple high-volume locations. This field-based leadership role is responsible for developing General Managers, driving operational and financial performance, and building strong, engaged teams. The ideal candidate is a visible, people-focused leader who enjoys coaching in real time, solving problems, and driving results through strong operational execution.
Compensation and Benefits
- $90,000 base salary plus bonus opportunity

Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, labor, scheduling, inventory, and food cost control
- Proven ability to develop, coach, and retain high-performing leaders and teams
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in high volume quick-service or fast-casual restaurant operations
- New Restaurant experience will be given preference
- Background supporting new restaurant openings, growth, and change
- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on, ownership-minded leadership style with strong problem-solving abilities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams across multiple locations
- Maintain a strong field presence, coaching teams and supporting daily operations
- Conduct business reviews and drive improvements in sales, profitability, operations, and guest experience
- Build strong teams through hiring, succession planning, training, and leadership development
- Partner with leaders to resolve operational challenges and support continued growth
