We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Executive Chef to lead our upscale casual, scratch kitchen.
The right chef is passionate about great food, develops strong teams, and knows how to balance quality, consistency, food cost, and labor. We’re looking for a leader who sets high standards, works alongside the team, and creates a positive, accountable kitchen culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and develop the culinary team
- Maintain excellent food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Oversee scratch preparation and kitchen execution
- Manage food cost, labor, inventory, purchasing, and waste
- Maintain high sanitation and food-safety standards
- Partner with restaurant leadership to deliver a great guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Executive Chef or strong senior kitchen leadership experience
- Upscale casual and scratch-kitchen experience
- Strong leadership and financial skills
- Passion for food, hospitality, and developing people
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
