Owner Relations Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a sales, account management, or related management role
- Strong financial acumen and ability to review revenue/expense statements
- Previous experience managing client relationships, portfolios, or accounts
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar required)
- Ability to pass background and driving record checks
- Local candidates only; 45-minute commute or less to Madeira Beach, FL
- Confident and personable with outstanding communication skills
Owner Relations Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or real estate
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are always helpful
- Familiarity with multi-property/account oversight
Owner Relations Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, overseeing a portfolio of 100–120 properties
- Build and maintain strong owner relationships with exceptional communication, personal touches, and proactive support
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of properties, including walkthroughs and documentation
- Gather owner preferences and details to personalize their experience
- Conduct monthly outreach to owners, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate across internal departments to resolve issues and optimize owner experience
- Review and assist with monthly financial statements for property owners, ensuring accuracy
- Maintain organized records, tracking owner communications and property information
