Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of full-service restaurant experience, with 1–2 years supervising and training staff.
- Prior leadership experience (Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor) preferred.
- Experience maintaining food quality, service standards, and reading profit/loss statements.
- Maricopa County Food Handlers Card and knowledge of health and legal regulations
- Prefer prior full service Mexican restaurnt management experience
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily FOH, BOH, and/or bar operations
- Drive sales and manage costs
- Develop and train staff
- Possess and maintain high standards in guest service and food quality
