Senior Project Manager & Site Supervisor Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: $115,000–$150,000 base salary, plus additional performance-based bonuses/commissions

Senior Project Manager & Site Supervisor Qualifications
- 15+ years of construction project management experience, with 20+ years preferred and the majority of experience in residential construction.
- Proven success managing large ground-up multifamily projects within the City of Boston and full-gut renovations of historic brownstones
- Strong working knowledge of Boston permitting, building codes, zoning, historic-district requirements, and municipal regulations
- Proficiency with construction management and scheduling platforms such as Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, or Primavera
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and subcontractor-management skills; a Bachelor’s degree and OSHA 30, PMP, or LEED credentials are preferred.
Senior Project Manager & Site Supervisor Responsibilities
- Lead Projects: Manage complex residential projects from pre-construction through final completion, maintaining control of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Manage Field Operations: Provide hands-on site leadership while coordinating subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
- Control Budgets & Schedules: Develop project budgets and timelines, monitor costs, manage change orders, and proactively address issues that could impact profitability or completion dates.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain exceptional construction standards while ensuring compliance with Boston building codes, permits, safety requirements, and historic-property regulations.
- Lead & Communicate: Serve as a senior point of contact for clients and project stakeholders while mentoring project managers, superintendents, and field personnel.
