We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take ownership of a busy quick-service restaurant, build a strong team, and drive results. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and wants the opportunity to grow into multi-unit leadership.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all daily restaurant operations, including drive-thru, front counter, and kitchen
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team of 15–30 employees
- Build and maintain proper staffing levels
- Coach and develop shift leaders and future managers
- Manage sales, labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant KPIs
- Drive speed of service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Identify opportunities to improve restaurant performance and profitability
- Create a positive culture built around accountability, teamwork, and recognition
What We’re Looking For
- Current or recent Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management experience required
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- General Manager experience strongly preferred
- Strong Assistant General Managers ready for their next step will be considered
- Experience leading a high-volume and/or drive-thru restaurant
- Strong understanding of labor, food cost, inventory, and restaurant financials
- Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain employees
- Strong tenure and career progression
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
