Job Title: High Net Worth Personal Insurance Account Manager – Hybrid
Salary Range: $125,000-$135,000
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to an assigned book of VIP clientele. In this role, you will autonomously manage complex personal insurance portfolios, conducting comprehensive annual reviews and protecting significant personal assets. You will act with a high degree of independent discretion, managing everything from high-value property and excess liability to luxury auto and specialty watercraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for private clients, managing renewals, policy endorsements, and billing inquiries with the highest level of discretion and white-glove service.
- Portfolio Risk Reviews: Conduct proactive, detailed annual risk assessments to identify gaps in coverage, adapting policies to changes in our clients' lifestyles, asset acquisitions, or market conditions.
- Carrier Interfacing & Marketing: Remarket accounts when necessary and coordinate directly with premier HNW carriers to secure comprehensive, customized terms.
- E&S Placement: Coordinate placement for hard-to-place risks through wholesale brokers and Excess & Surplus (E&S) lines markets.
Required Qualifications
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License in NY is mandatory
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of personal lines insurance experience, with a proven track record of managing dedicated High-Net-Worth or Private Client portfolios.
- Carrier Expertise: Deep familiarity with underwriting guidelines and quoting portals for standard HNW carriers such as Pure, Chubb, Cincinnati, and Berkley One.
