Are you a Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical leadership experience who wants to make an impact beyond direct patient care?
Our premier mental health provider is seeking a Medical Clinic Program Manager to lead clinic operations, develop staff, oversee quality and compliance, and provide hands-on patient care in a mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day medical clinic operations
- Supervise, train, and develop clinic staff
- Provide direct NP patient care and prescribe medications
- Support Joint Commission, HRSA/FQHC Look-Alike, and CLIA compliance
- Oversee quality improvement, clinic metrics, billing, and operational performance
- Develop and expand clinical programs and services
- Build strong community and healthcare partnerships
We’re Looking For:
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Active Utah NP license
- NPI, DEA, and controlled-substance authority
- Strong clinic leadership and staff-management experience
- Knowledge of Medicaid billing
- Behavioral health, substance-use treatment, community health, FQHC, or MAT/MOUD experience is highly desirable
