We are seeking an aviation sales (medical) manager to help grow our organ transportation business. Client Partnerships and Sales Manager Compensation
- Base salary in the $100,000-$120,000 range (depending on experience)

Client Partnerships and Sales Manager Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in aviation sales, or transport and medical aviation business development
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities with hospitals, transport programs, critical-care transportation, or time-sensitive aviation providers
- Genuine commitment to meet or exceed client satisfaction
- Experience with in-person sales presentations
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and other key stakeholders, and industry events
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills
- Flexible to work outside normal business hours given the nature of the job
