Registered Nurse – Day Hab – Hingham, MA

Registered Nurse – Day Hab Benefits & Compensation
- $5,000 sign-on bonus

- Full-time (35 or 40 hours/week), weekdays only — no weekends or holidays
- Regular Day Hab schedule: 9am–3pm, with additional hours for documentation and individualized care

Registered Nurse – Day Hab Requirements & Qualifications
- Active RN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (must oversee two facilities, 5 miles apart)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and basic internet use
- Willingness to complete all state and agency-mandated training
- Authorization for a CORI and background checks as required by law
- Tuberculosis screening within the past 12 months
- Ability to meet typical physical requirements of nursing practice
Registered Nurse – Day Hab Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with adults with developmental or behavioral needs
- Comfort supervising and training LPNs and direct care staff
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Registered Nurse – Day Hab Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee nursing care for 30+ individuals per program site
- Supervise, train, and support LPNs, case managers, and direct care staff
- Coordinate medical services with each member’s physician, family, and care team
- Administer and document medications and treatments according to best practice
- Monitor and document members’ health status and progress, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Educate members, families, and staff on health, hygiene, and wellness issues
- Participate in care plan development and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Provide oversight of therapies and support quality improvement initiatives
