Evening Operations & Private Events Manager – Destination Orchard | Mount Juliet, TN

Lead the Experience. Host Memorable Events. Help Grow Something Special.

We're partnering with a unique destination orchard and hospitality business in Mount Juliet, Tennessee to identify an exceptional Evening Operations & Private Events Manager.

This isn't a traditional restaurant management position. You'll help lead a dynamic hospitality operation that brings together a cidery and tasting room, food service, country store, orchard, outdoor activity areas, special events, and private gatherings—all within a welcoming farm environment.

We're looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys being where the action is: leading teams, engaging with guests, solving problems in real time, coordinating memorable events, and ensuring multiple areas of the business operate seamlessly.

If you have a background in restaurants, event venues, breweries, wineries, cideries, entertainment venues, attractions, or other multi-faceted food and beverage operations—and you're looking for something different from the traditional four-wall hospitality environment—we'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you.

Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Do

This is a dual-focused leadership position combining evening business operations and private-event execution.

Systems & Operational Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Toast POS is important for this position.

The ideal candidate has personally used Toast or comparable restaurant operating systems for responsibilities such as:

We're particularly interested in candidates who understand how restaurant technology supports the entire operation—not simply someone who has used Toast to enter orders.

What We're Looking For

Experience with Tennessee alcohol-service regulations and food-handler or food-safety certifications is preferred.

Who Could Be a Great Fit?

Strong candidates may currently hold titles such as:

Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Private Events Manager, Event Operations Manager, Venue Manager, Taproom Manager, Tasting Room Manager, Brewery Manager, Winery Manager, Cidery Manager, Entertainment Venue Manager, Attractions Manager, or Guest Experience Manager.

Previous orchard or agritourism experience is not required. We're much more interested in transferable hospitality leadership, strong guest presence, event experience, operational versatility, and the ability to lead both people and the business.

What Will Make You Successful Here

You'll likely thrive in this position if you're:

Why This Opportunity Is Different

Instead of managing one dining room within four walls, you'll help lead a destination experience.

The operation brings together food and beverage, cider, retail, outdoor activities, private gatherings, special events, and seasonal experiences. That gives the right hospitality leader an opportunity to use a much broader range of operational and people skills while helping create experiences guests remember.

If you're looking for a hospitality leadership opportunity that combines operations, events, people, and guest experience in a distinctive setting, we'd welcome the opportunity to have a confidential conversation.
