We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a construction office and understand the fast-paced nature of supporting project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.

What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Superintendents
- Maintain project files, records, and documentation
- Assist with contracts, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, and billing
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, customers, and field personnel
- Track project information, schedules, deliveries, and deadlines
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other documents
- Collect and maintain subcontractor and vendor paperwork
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and invoice processing
- Schedule meetings, inspections, deliveries, and other project activities
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
What We're Looking For
- Previous administrative experience in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction terminology and documentation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and proactive work ethic
