This is a rare opportunity to help shape and scale a unique multi-building, 55-acre campus, with a focus on growing revenue from rentals and events. Director of Campus Operations & Sales Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary of $85,000–$100,000+ (flexible for exceptional candidates)
- Performance-based incentives tied to revenue, utilization, and client satisfaction

Director of Campus Operations & Sales Requirements & Qualifications
- 8–12+ years in venue management, hospitality, campus operations, or multi-use facilities
- Demonstrated success driving revenue through space and event utilization
- Strong experience in sales, event strategy, and operations leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple business verticals simultaneously
- Robust financial, analytical, and organizational skills
- Customer-focused approach with commitment to service excellence
Director of Campus Operations & Sales Preferred Background & Skills
- Track record of building and scaling teams or business units
- Experience launching new systems or processes in a complex environment
- Familiarity with county or government partnerships
Director of Campus Operations & Sales Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams across events, rentals, and facilities
- Own all rental and event revenue generation; build and manage an outbound sales pipeline
- Create campus activation plans and promote strategic partnerships to maximize campus utilization
- Oversee operations, including facilities management, asset tracking, and logistics for campus activities
- Set and uphold best-in-class customer service standards across the client lifecycle
- Establish and track KPIs for revenue, utilization, satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align strategies and refine processes for continuous improvement
