Director of Restaurants
Charlotte, NC | $115,000-$125,000 + Bonus
Seeking an experienced F&B leader to oversee multiple upscale restaurant and bar concepts within a luxury hotel. This role leads the outlet management teams, owns overall F&B performance, and works closely with hotel leadership.
Director of Restaurants Qualifications:
• Multi-outlet or multi-unit restaurant leadership
• Upscale full-service restaurant and bar experience
• Strong manager development and team leadership
• P&L, budgeting, labor and cost controls
• Hands-on operational leadership
Director of Restaurants Compensation:
• $115,000-$125,000 base salary
• Bonus opportunity
• Health insurance stipend
