Join our team as the Director of Maintenance, Facilities & Infrastructure and take full ownership of maintenance and construction operations across a large-scale, multi-property entertainment and hospitality destination. Reporting to senior park leadership, you will direct ride and facility maintenance programs, lead capital improvement projects, and administer a unionized workforce while driving safety, reliability, and operational performance across the full asset portfolio.
This role is ideal for a senior maintenance and facilities leader who has experience managing complex technical operations, capital projects, and collective bargaining environments, and who wants to take on a high-impact leadership role with broad operational scope and strategic influence within a stable and expanding organization.
Director of Maintenance, Facilities & Infrastructure What You Will Do
- Direct all Maintenance and Construction Division operations across multiple park properties, establishing goals, priorities, and performance standards
- Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of construction and capital improvement projects, coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and corporate partners
- Implement and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for rides, attractions, facilities, utilities, infrastructure, and grounds
- Serve as the senior management representative for administration of the Maintenance Department Collective Bargaining Agreement, including grievance resolution and contract interpretation
- Develop and manage labor, operating expense, capital, and project budgets, monitoring expenditures and driving corrective action as needed
- Lead departmental safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as liaison with regulatory agencies and corporate safety teams
- Recruit, develop, and lead maintenance and construction personnel, including technical training, certification programs, and performance management
Director of Maintenance, Facilities & Infrastructure What You Bring
- 6–10 years of progressive experience in maintenance, engineering, construction, facilities management, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing maintenance, construction, or engineering operations
- Demonstrated knowledge of labor relations and collective bargaining, including direct involvement in contract administration, negotiations, or grievance resolution
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, ride, and facility maintenance systems
- Proven experience managing large-scale capital projects, contractors, and vendor relationships
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver's License; ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours as required
