- Establish clear expectations and hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive, respectful culture
- Manage food, beverage, liquor, and labor costs with a focus on improving profitability
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and vendor relationships
- Maintain strong beverage controls, responsible alcohol service, and appropriate pour-cost standards
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, sanitation, and health department compliance
- Maintain a visible leadership presence during peak periods, including evenings and weekends
- Handle difficult guest and employee situations calmly, professionally, and decisively
- Develop dependable managers and key employees who can successfully operate the business in your absence
- Partner directly with ownership on opportunities to improve the operation, increase sales, and continue growing the business

- 5+ years of restaurant/F&B management experience, including GM, AGM, F&B Manager, or comparable leadership experience
- Proven experience leading a high-volume, full-service restaurant and bar operation
- Strong bar and beverage experience, including liquor inventory, pour-cost management, beverage controls, and responsible alcohol service
- Strong knowledge of food cost, labor cost, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and restaurant financial performance
- Experience leading and developing both FOH and BOH teams
- Proven ability to address performance issues and hold employees accountable while maintaining a strong team culture
- A mature, measured communication style and the ability to remain calm in a fast-moving environment
- A strong sense of ownership, dependability, and personal accountability
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, events, and peak business periods
- Experience in high-volume casual dining, sports bars, nightlife, entertainment venues, or multi-concept hospitality operations is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary around $90,000, based on experience
- Comprehensive employer-paid health insurance options
- 401(k) with 4% company match
- Additional benefits and compensation opportunities
- Long-term growth potential with an established, family-owned organization
