We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Table Games to lead a luxury resort's Table Games Department and drive operational performance, revenue growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and asset protection in the Las Vegas, NV market. This leader will oversee a diverse table games operation and provide strategic direction across staffing, game mix, labor efficiency, player ratings, game protection, service standards, and departmental financial performance.

Director of Table Games Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall daily operation, performance, profitability, and guest experience of the Table Games Department
- Develop and execute table games strategies focused on revenue growth, table utilization, hold percentage, profitability, and player development
- Oversee game mix, table limits, hours of operation, staffing levels, labor efficiency, and floor coverage based on business demand and profitability
- Partner with Casino Marketing, Player Development, and Rewards teams to increase rated play, player retention, reactivation, and overall casino revenue
- Support table games promotions, tournaments, special events, high-limit play, and other property initiatives
- Maintain a professional, high-energy table games environment while resolving guest concerns, disputes, and service issues
Director of Table Games Qualifications:
- Progressive Table Games leadership experience in a casino environment required
- Prior experience managing a multi-game Table Games operation strongly preferred
- Experience overseeing games such as Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, and specialty/progressive table games
- High-limit table games experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Nevada Gaming regulations, MICS, Regulation 6A, Title 31/AML, internal controls, and regulatory reporting
- Experience with player ratings, player tracking, average bet, time played, and player reinvestment
- Nevada Gaming License required
- TAM Card required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Nevada Gaming registrations, licenses, and work cards
- Must be available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
- Bachelor's degree preferred
