Management Trainee – Operations & Logistics

We’re recruiting recent and upcoming college graduates for a hands-on Management Trainee opportunity with a growing organization. This program is designed for motivated individuals who want to learn how a business operates, take on responsibility early, and develop into future managers.
You won't spend your first year sitting on the sidelines. You'll work directly with experienced leaders while learning operations, logistics, customer service, inventory, and team management.

What You'll Be Doing

- Participate in employee training and operational improvement initiatives
- Take ownership of projects that directly impact the business
- Develop the skills needed to move into a management position
