This is a business you own, not a job we're filling. Goodwin Recruiting partners are independent business owners who build and run their own recruiting practices on Goodwin's platform. Goodwin funds the tools, the business launch, and the infrastructure. No recruiting experience required, and we mean it: some of our highest billers never recruited before Goodwin.
Built for hospitality operators. You've hired hundreds of people. You've just never owned the business that does it. Recruiting has two halves: knowing the work, and finding the people. Years of running operations means you've spent a career on both. You can read a candidate in ten minutes because you've hired for every seat in the building and lived with the results. And you're not selling: you're helping people you understand find work you understand. Goodwin teaches the rest. One in three active partners came from operations, the most proven path in the network.
The model, stated plainly. This is a 100% commission business. You keep roughly half of everything you bill, with no cap. Your income potential is unlimited. You'd be self-employed, what the IRS calls a 1099 independent contractor: no W-2, no withholding. No salary. No benefits. You own the outcome, and the upside.

- A full LinkedIn Recruiter RPS+ seat with 140 InMails a month
- Training, mentorship, and a partner community of 300+
- The recruiting tech platform and marketing support
- Billing, collections, and the administrative back office
Fair question: is this legit? Yes. No buy-in. No inventory. No downline. You earn when clients hire the people you place. Goodwin Recruiting was founded by Eric Goodwin in 1999 and has been built on relationships and integrity for 27 years, with more than 300 active partners.
