Marketing Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, digital marketing, or related roles
- Proven ability to create content across blogs, social media, and marketing channels
- Hands-on experience managing a brand’s social media presence, including planning, copywriting, publishing, engagement, and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with effective project management abilities
- Proficient with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, or similar tools
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting campaign results
- Self-starter comfortable with ownership and detail orientation
Marketing Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Interest or experience in ecommerce, Shopify, AI, or marketing technology
Marketing Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own and manage the company’s social media, including planning, content creation, publishing, and community engagement
- Develop engaging content for blogs, social channels, sales enablement, and other marketing platforms
- Support product launches through coordinated messaging, campaign assets, and execution
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across content, partner, lifecycle, and product marketing
- Help plan and run partner initiatives, such as webinars and co-marketing campaigns
- Build and optimize lifecycle marketing to deepen customer engagement and product adoption
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive improvements
- Collaborate across teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign excellence
