Washington, DC | $70K–$80K + 10% Bonus + Great Benefits
An established, high-end restaurant in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished hospitality professional who thrives in a refined, high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can oversee daily operations, develop and motivate a strong team, maintain service standards, and help drive the restaurant’s continued success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Hire, train, coach, and develop hospitality professionals
- Maintain high standards for service, hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation
- Monitor labor, sales, and operating performance
- Partner with the culinary and management teams to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest concerns professionally and build a strong service culture
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in an upscale or high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations and hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A polished, professional presence with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Compensation & Benefits
$70,000–$80,000 Base Salary
10% Bonus Potential
