We’re looking for an experienced Regional Director / Operations Leader to lead a high-growth, multi-unit foodservice region.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, field-focused leader with a strong background in QSR, convenience-store foodservice, franchise operations, or multi-unit restaurants. You’ll drive sales and profitability, develop field leaders, strengthen operator relationships, improve execution, and support continued market expansion.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- 8–10+ years of multi-unit operations leadership
- Strong P&L and business acumen
- Proven success driving sales and improving underperforming markets
- Franchisee/operator relationship experience
- Exceptional coaching and team-development skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
