Requirements & Qualifications
Financial Services Regulatory Enforcement Associate:
- 5–7 years of relevant legal experience
- Substantive experience representing financial institutions or fintech in government investigations or regulatory enforcement
Government Contracts Counseling & Litigation Associate:
- 3–6 years of government contracts counseling and/or litigation experience
- Experience advising on procurement, grants, and contractor disputes
Tech & Intellectual Property Litigation Associate:
- 3–7 years of IP litigation experience (federal court, ITC, PTAB)
- Technical or science background required
Preferred Background & Skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact directly with clients, federal officials, and team members
- Prior experience in high-stakes or complex legal environments
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Advise and represent clients in regulatory enforcement, government contracts, or intellectual property litigation matters
- Liaise directly with federal agencies and regulators
- Draft legal documents, motions, and briefs for sophisticated federal litigation
- Collaborate closely with seasoned partners and colleagues on case strategies
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development initiatives
