Real Estate Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Active California real estate salesperson or broker license
- Experience in residential real estate with a track record of generating and closing business
- Deep knowledge of Lamorinda, Walnut Creek, Oakland/Rockridge, or other East Bay markets
- Background in recruiting, mentoring, or training other agents is a plus
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and dedication to exceptional client service
Real Estate Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Previous leadership, team lead, or management experience (not required, but valuable)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine excitement to build something from the ground up
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities
- Technology-forward approach: comfortable with CRM systems, digital marketing, social media, and AI tools

Real Estate Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Produce and close residential real estate transactions while leading by example
- Recruit, mentor, and support a small team of high-quality agents
- Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and performance standards
- Establish and manage lead-generation systems and follow-up processes utilizing technology and automation
- Build client relationships and actively participate in community initiatives and events
