Recruiting Specialist — Entry Level

We’re seeking an energetic, people-focused professional who enjoys connecting with others, developing relationships, and achieving measurable goals. A background in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced setting is beneficial but not required.
Compensation and Benefits
- $40,000 base salary plus $250 for every successful hire, with uncapped recruiting incentives
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Reach out to prospective professional drivers and CDL students by phone
- Answer inbound inquiries and complete preliminary applicant screenings
- Develop candidate relationships and maintain engagement throughout the recruiting process
- Assist candidates through the application, qualification, and onboarding stages
- Enter and update candidate information accurately
- Schedule required appointments and communicate arrival instructions
- Collaborate with internal departments to keep candidates progressing through the hiring process
- Consistently work toward established weekly and quarterly recruiting targets
