Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a scratch kitchen restaurant
- Strong track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams
- Proficiency in managing P&Ls, labor targets, and COGS
- Ability to maintain high operational and food quality standards

Restaurant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Hands-on leadership – driving quality, product availability, and guest-ready presentation
- Coach and mentor the team
- Lead performance improvement efforts to enhance Yelp ratings and maintain a standard of excellence
- Own store P&Ls and drive profitability through strategic decision-making and operational rigor
- Implement preventative maintenance and ensure clean, safe environments for guests and staff
- Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to build store traffic and support local initiatives
- Play a key role in new restaurant openings, ensuring operational routines and high standards are in place
