Restaurant General Manager
The General Manager must be a strong leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. The GM will oversee daily operations, lead the team, and work closely with ownership to drive strong service, financial performance, and overall restaurant results.
General Manager Job Requirements:
- Create a positive team culture focused on accountability, development, and performance
- Lead and develop team members through consistent feedback, training, and support
- Drive sales through strong operations, guest service, and team execution
- Maintain quality standards and hold the team accountable to company expectations
- Manage daily operations while maintaining a strong focus on profitability and food quality
General Manager Job Qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work closely with ownership and the team
- 5+ years of full-service restaurant experience; polished neighborhood restaurant concept preferred
- Strong understanding of P&L management, scheduling, ordering, and inventory
- Clear understanding of Human Resources, staffing, and team development
