Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid WFH)
Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 Base + Bonus + Commissions
Benefits: Comprehensive Benefit Plan + Employer Contribution to 401(k)
Hybrid WFH Schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 remote
Daily Responsibilities
- Manage servicing for a generalist $3M–$4M premium book (Avg. $25k premium, max $1M).
- Quote, market, and negotiate both new and renewal business.
- Service diverse industries: Professional Offices, Restaurants, Contractors, Municipalities, Technology, etc…
- Utilize Applied EPIC daily to manage coverages (Workers Comp, Auto, General Liability, and Professional Liability).
Qualifications & Experience
- Independent Agency Background: Must have 2+ years of experience at an Independent Agency. (Captive backgrounds will not be considered).
- Licensing: Active P&C license is not required. We fully sponsor and pay for your licensing and education.
