Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence across all aspects of the restaurant
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing team members and leaders
- Develop, implement, and uphold effective systems, standards, and procedures
- Maintain a strong focus on hospitality, food quality, service, and the guest experience
- Lead with a hands-on approach while creating accountability throughout the team
- Communicate effectively and foster a collaborative, positive work environment
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a salaried Restaurant General Manager
- Proven experience managing restaurant volumes of approximately $8M+ in annual sales
- Strong operational leadership and team-development experience
- People-focused, hospitality-driven leader with a high level of integrity
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Counter-service experience is a plus
- Experience booking and coordinating live musical acts and entertainment is a plus
- Must be comfortable working in a multi-level restaurant environment and regularly navigating stairs
- Willing and able to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX
