Litigation Attorney – New York, NY
A respected New York law firm is seeking a driven litigation attorney with a strong appellate background to join their team. This is a valuable opportunity to handle meaningful civil cases, collaborate with experienced professionals, and make a direct impact arguing before the Supreme Court and Appellate Division.
Litigation Attorney Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive salary ($110K–$120K, depending on experience)

Litigation Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in New York
- 2+ years of litigation experience with significant appellate work
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work onsite at the firm’s location
- Capable of managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines
Litigation Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle civil litigation matters, including trials and appeals
- Draft substantive motions and appellate briefs
- Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis
- Appear in state court and the Appellate Division for oral argument
- Collaborate with clients to develop and execute successful appellate strategies
