We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to lead clinical education for a Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee student clinical rotations, assignments, and clinical-site experiences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical sites, Clinical Instructors (CIs), and CCCEs.
- Evaluate student progress, clinical sites, and clinical education effectiveness, including CPI evaluations.
- Assist with curriculum development, classroom/lab instruction, and program accreditation.
- Ensure clinical education meets CAPTE and other applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Associate degree as a PTA OR Master's degree or higher as a PT.
- Current, unencumbered Florida PT or PTA license.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a PT or PTA.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical teaching and/or clinical coordination experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- $45–$46/hour
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
