We are looking for an Executive Sous Chef for a private, fine dining, farm to table Country Club in Sedona. The person in this role will lead the culinary team under the mentorship of the Director of Hospitality, collaborate on recipes and menus, manage procurement and scheduling. We are looking for an ambitious person who can grow into an Executive Chef role.
Executive Sous Chef Benefits:

Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years of culinary leadership, preferably in a Country Club, Hotel, or Fine-Dining independent restaurant
- Exceptional food knowledge, true farm to table understanding
- Highly creative and artistic culinary expression
- Humble and personable leader and collaborator
- Experience with catering and events
Executive Sous Chef Preferred Responsibilites:
- Manage the culinary team with consistency, integrity, and respect
- Schedule team member appropriately to cover operations and adhere to budget
- Manage procurement, inventory, and COGs
- Create specials and collaborate on seasonal menus
- Ensure timely and accurate event execution
- Create custom menus for specialty events
- Other duties as assigned
