Logistics Recruiter – Warren, MI
Position Overview

You’ll recruit CDL drivers and other essential employees in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Previous recruiting experience is not required—the right personality, persistence, and work ethic matter most.
Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
- Recruit CDL drivers, dock workers, and support employees
- Make 30–50 outbound recruiting calls daily
- Respond to approximately 15–20 inbound calls each day
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, and direct outreach
- Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
- Explain job requirements, schedules, and hiring steps
- Maintain consistent candidate follow-up
- Coordinate qualified candidates through the hiring process
- Track candidate activity and status in Workday
- Build pipelines for multiple positions and locations
- Work toward individual activity, hiring, and bonus goals
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable making 30–50 outbound calls daily
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Persistent and able to handle frequent rejection
- Motivated by goals, competition, and earning potential
- Organized and capable of managing multiple candidates
- Basic computer and system-navigation skills
- Coachable and willing to learn recruiting processes
- Able to work onsite in Warren, Michigan
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, inside sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, logistics, or another performance-based environment
- Previous success working toward quotas, commissions, tips, or measurable goals
- Familiarity with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet, or similar platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, logistics, or a related field
- Transportation or trucking industry exposure
