Director of Catering Responsibilities
| -Proficiency with sales and catering systems (e.g., Delphi/FDC Salesforce, or similar CRM/catering platforms). |
| -Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to represent the brand externally with corporate and community partners. |
| -Extensive knowledge of food and beverage products, proper preparation and presentation of food and beverage items. |
| -Ability to assess/evaluate associates’ performance fairly. |
| -Extensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation. |
