A respected Montgomery County law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney at the Associate, Senior Associate, or Partner level to join its established litigation practice in Lansdale, PA.

Commercial Litigation Attorney Benefits & Compensation
- $140,000 to $250,000+, based on experience

Commercial Litigation Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Active Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing
- 5+ years of litigation experience preferred; more experienced attorneys will also be considered
- Demonstrated experience independently taking and defending depositions
- Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
- Experience managing litigation matters from discovery through resolution
- Excellent analytical, research, communication, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
- Strong professionalism, judgment, responsiveness, and client-service orientation
Commercial Litigation Attorney Preferred Litigation Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are particularly encouraged to apply:
- Commercial litigation
- Business litigation
- Construction litigation
- Real estate litigation
- Contract disputes
- Complex civil litigation
- First- or second-chair trial experience
- Direct client counseling and relationship management
Existing client relationships or a portable book of business are welcomed at the more senior and partner levels but are not required for associate-level candidates.
Commercial Litigation Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage commercial and complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses
- Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
- Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys
- Maintain direct communication with clients and provide practical legal guidance
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution
- Prepare matters for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and trial strategy
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw and/or LexisNexis and work with applicable electronic filing and litigation management systems
