Boutique Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a GM, Director of Operations, or Front Office Manager for a boutique hotel
- 5 years of steady career progression with one or two companies- tenures are important!
- Positive and personable, truly hospitable personality
- Experience with New England resorts, seasonal fluctuation
- Teacher, mentor, and developer of team members
Boutique Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest quality of guest experiences
- Lead the team by example, be active on the floor and in operations
- Recruit, train, and develop a professional and inspired team
- Maximize ADR and yield during peak season
- Deliver financial results to the home office
